My personal belief is that diversity makes the strongest, most balanced society. We need a variety of views, religions and cultural backgrounds to create a richer, more interesting life experience. Perhaps some small-minded White people who are unsatisfied with their lives need theories like Great Replacement to explain their lack of meaningful contributions to society. There's something small about a person who needs to hold onto the past with white knuckles and scream the loudest about how their group has contributed more to a society's development.
