Personally, I believe racism can be both, individual and systematic in America.

Discussion and debate are far more impactful to learning than simply shutting down another person for his or her views.

Therefore, I like to open topics up not shut them down, and in that respect, I agree with your thoughts about cancelling another person because one doesn't agree.

On that note, isn't it interesting that both sides tend to do the same thing: Ron DeSantis just cancelled Disney for their disagreement with his views and then cancelled a hotel's liquor license because he didn't like the drag show they featured at Christmastime. He claims he is saving kids, but I think he's just cancelling people, the same as he accuses others of doing .
