Most studies on IQ concure that men and women are similar in IQ.
The study you cited concludes in the abstract:
"Consistent with our suggestion, we show that men may have higher IQs than women because they are taller, and once we control for height women have slightly higher IQs than men."
Taller people, in general, have higher IQs than shorter people. Does that mean taller people are smarter? No. It means that there is a correlation between the two factors but not necessarily a causal relationship. It's much more likely that tall people have received better nutrition than some short people, and of course there's a ton of variations involved even in that theoretical understanding.
