I mix my writing up in between clients, so I have a bit of quiet between coaching sessions. Sometimes, it's hard to transition quickly if a client has a lot going on, but overall it works.

I find most people don't understand my need for solitude, but I can't write and interact at the same time. Like you point out, it is an internal process.
