I have no reason not to believe her. She risked a lot to do so, including a perjury charge if what she has said is found to be untrue.

Also, none of us know what Donald behaves like behind closed doors. Trump has spent a lifetime believing that he is above being told "no" to anything, and I'm betting he doesn't tolerate it well.
