I don't understand why you think feminists should not take this issue to heart. Just because other countries have other, very serious, issues to deal with, American women still face unwanted pregnancies and now illegal abortions. This may not be an issue for you, but for many it sure is. An unwanted pregnancy should be legal to terminate. When made illegal, it helps no one and forces women to risk their physical and mental wellbeing to carry to term when they have no desire to do so.
