F’N Potato Salad! That’s Right.

Today, I made potato salad! I’m sure you may be a bit underwhelmed by my announcement, but for me, it was a monumental event. See, I used to be married to a man who had a lot of food prohibitions, and making potato salad would have violated at least 3 of his Cardinal Rules— Thou shall not serve potatoes (except on rare occasions and in micro-sized quantities) — Thou shall not add onions to food, especially not raw ones, ever, — and the kicker, Thou shall not serve hard boiled eggs, nor ever, ever cook them in our home. So, it was out of the question as to whether potato salad could ever be made in the house of this man…
