Every woman has a right to make decisions about her own body. Child birth has risks, as does pregnancy, and a woman needs to decide what is right for her in her own given circumstances. Forced birth should not be used as a punishment for women who have sex.

The Constitution didn't consider women equal to men, so it is disingenuous to cite it on this matter.
