According to your principles and moral stance, I believe that you, and those with similar values, should not have any sexual activities unless it is for procreational purposes. That is the only way to 100% completely assure that unwanted pregnancies can't occur. Otherwise, according to your rational, men and women are going to have to carry each pregnancy to term and accept their fate, unwanted as it might be, of becoming parents to adhere to your ethical standards.

Forget about if they have no means to do so, are drug addicted, are prone to extreme violence and have severe mental health issues. That is fine for you, and I hope it works for those of your views.
